Bug Report Causing slowdown in Street Fighter V

Hi! My attempts to transition from OBS Classic to OBS Studio have been mostly without incident, but there has been one major problem. Attempting to stream the PC version of Street Fighter V has proven impossible. The game won't show up in Window Capture, which is consistent with OBS Classic. It just provides a still frame of the game window along with whatever was initially layered over it when I first added the Window Capture.

What's not consistent with OBS Classic is that when I use Game Capture instead, Street Fighter V begins to slowdown really, really badly. The slowdown is inconsistent; occasionally the game runs fine for a few seconds, before a few more seconds of major slowdown. This doesn't happen in OBS Classic, and the slowdown stops as soon as I close OBS Studio (and doesn't return unless I attempt to capture it in OBS Studio again).

It's not a matter of running short on memory or CPU processes; I've kept an eye on my resource manager, and tried lowering the settings of SFV and even running it in Low Spec Mode. I had initially just decided I'd use OBS Classic for this game until OBS Studio updated, but I haven't seen anyone else reference this problem anywhere. So I'm not sure whether it's only happening to me, or if other people are just chalking the slowdown up to the game, or what. I've tried all the Game Capture options, and none have changed the issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaa I feel so dumb for not checking that! I'd set OBS Classic to run off the NVIDIA card ages ago, and I never thought to check if OBS Studio needed to be set, too. Thanks, Suslik!
