Question / Help Catalina 10.15.3 16" MacBook Pro No Mic or Camera

No built-n camera or microphone listed, even though I can verify that the permissions are set for OBS to access them.

Display sharing does work, just missing camera and microphone. This is on a 16" Macbook Pro. I've tried most everything I can find, nothing seems to solve the issue.

Any ideas?
