Capturing video call

I'm a bit out of my environment on this. I'm not sure what all is available or where to look for what might be available.

I'm looking for a software/phone app that can be used to easily capture remote video and audio in OBS.

Something like Skype, but I don't think Skype for Linux allows this.

Basically I've got a person with an iPhone (something that works with both iPhone and Android would be ideal) that I need to "call" in and I need to capture their video and audio in OBS. I think Skype would work, if Skype for Linux supported being captured in OBS - but it doesn't.

The person with the iPhone isn't all that techy. So a simple app, where they "call" me and I feed it into OBS would be ideal. Does any such thing exist?

Recording everything shown in the screen and system sounds have been possible in obs in linux.
Apps recorded: MS Teams, Skype
OS: Fedora 34 - gnome wayland

Check out vdo.ninja -- it does exactly what you want -- there are a bunch of videos on YouTube, search for Steve Seguin's video channel, he's the creator. Free, open-source, direct connection from your caller's browser to a browser source in OBS.
