Question / Help Capturing sounds from specific applications ?

Hello,

I want to know is there any way I can capture audio from specific application to OBS ?

For example,
I want to capture sound from Safari and want to send it to OBS.

I have another copy of OBS, I named it with OBS2 in the same machine and I want to send EyeTV Audio to it.

So, any way I can manage the audio output to different destinations ?

Adding a question,

If I have 2 websites and I want to grab the sound from them, like each website to different OBS version and each website with his output audio.

Hope I can get answer :D
