Capturing PS5 disconnects the feed when moving the in-game menu

Hello, I am trying to capture some video of the videogame Stellar Blade using OBS and ElGato HD60S+.

I managed to capture the feed into OBS, but when I go to the menu of the game, the feed gets cut for some frames and then returns. If I move quickly through the menu options, the feed simply displays a blank screen.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Thank you for the clarification.

I was trying to replicate the problem and noticed that the Elgato card was showing red lights during the issue, so it is not OBS.

Apologies for not noticing this earlier.

I guess this can be closed.
