Ok, so I'm trying to record games from my iPhone 8. I have the Source set to Video Capture Device, and it displays my iPhone 8 just fine, albeit with a 1 second display (not what I'm worried about). My issue is that I can't figure out how to capture the iPhone 8's internal audio! By default, there's no sound. Dead silence. So I thought, "Ok, maybe I have to go into the Source selector again and choose Audio Output Capture." Not so, apparently! When I select that and the window pops up, I try to select an output device...ANY device...but the drop-down menu doesn't even drop down to let me select anything. When I click on the drop-down menu, it just flashes. It's as if there wasn't any device available in existence. Maybe I'm just too new to OBS in general, but could someone please help me out here??
