Captured 30 min of audio, but only few random frames of screen

I recorded over 30 mins material from game The binding of Isaac: Repentance. After i finished recording I checked the video. My voice and sound from game work fine, but everything I see on the screen are single frames, changing every time I enter next floor and lasting untill next floor.
