Question / Help capture wont fill the screen

I'm trying to push my capture from xbox to my capture card to the computer. When on stream the image is squished like the ratios are incorrect. I went to the capture and clicked "fit to screen" and "stretch to screen" but it does nothing. I attached an image to show you what I mean.
