Bug Report Capture window remains frozen to minimize

When a window is captured and minimized the catch is frozen with the last image of the window before you minimize it.

The same thing happens when we catch a window name of the executable file and close the executable. Instead of disappearing that window, as a residual is the last image before closing the executable

I'm pretty sure windows don't render when they're minimized, which would be an operating system behavior as opposed to a problem with OBS.
