Capture what's on Mac screen with audio from mic

Just looked for "record screen," "capture screen," etc. in the Help file and don't see how to capture the Mac's screen (while I narrate a Powerpoint presentation). Can someone assist? Thanks much.

I'm not seeing a tool/button to record the entire screen. I've got the camera working, but I need to record the Powerpoint at full screen with my voice over... Thanks for the help.

Thanks very much. I did enable the screen capture but got only a portion of the Powerpoint window in the recording. Posted an image here:

I found the capture tool to record the Mac screen - I opened Powerpoint and set it to full screen and started the recording, but OBS only captured a small portion of the desktop. How do I get it to record the entire screen ay 1920 x 1080 res? Thanks for any help.
