Capture screen turning black during stream

So I've tried streaming to twitch with elgato hd60 s on obs a couple of times. Every time after 10 or 20 minutes my video feed of my game goes black on obs. I've check the recording and it shows it blacking out too. I had seen it saying encoding issues, so I changed my bitrate and fps and resolution down. This most recent time it never said encoding issue, but still had a black out screen. Is this an issue with obs? Elgato? Thank you.
