1) Window Capture for these games just gets black screen
2) Game Capture has been broken before OBS Studio 0.16.3 is released. But game still crashes when you try to close it on 0.16.3
3) You may need to ALT+TAB to swap windows from OBS Studio to the Game before capture works.
4) The most strange thing is that, capture "NeptuniaReBirth1.exe", will also capture "NeptuniaReBirth2.exe" but not "NeptuniaReBirth3.exe". capture "NeptuniaReBirth2.exe" will capture capture "NeptuniaReBirth1.exe", but not capture "NeptuniaReBirth3.exe" too.
5) Nothing special is found in the logs
