Capture Mac Monterey

Hi, I would like to share my screen but I have a MacBook Air Monterey Version 12.7.3 and the latest version of OBS requires me MacOs version 13 which however is not supported by the mil Mac. Does anyone know which version of OBS screen sharing is compatible with my Mac? Thanks
