Question / Help Capture frames and send them over network

Hello guys,

my friend offers a live-stream where I want to fetch every frame, buffer them and send them over a network. This means I need to hook into OBS to establish some kind of web-socket connection to send the frames during run-time.
My question is if OBS is capable to buffer the frames and send them somehow via TCP or UDP. As you can see I'm very new to OBS, so every help is very welcome.

H koala, I am not sure how I could precise my question. I just want to record a livestream but either exporting the record to my hard disk (e.g. as mp4) I just want the frames of the record to be sent over the network.

For receiving an existing livestream, you can use the media source or vlc media source.
