I'm noticing my capture device (GV-USB2) will lag for a frame or 2 in OBS (both in the preview and in recordings).
My current laptop should be be able to easily handle 720p in OBS (not playing a PC game so nothing else is really running).
I'm easily using less than 10% of my CPU and GPU while recording so I'm not sure why it's stuttering.
