Hello there first let me start off by saying if this is in the wrong place I'm sorry let me know and i will move it to the right place and thank you in advance.

We are currently recording church services using two GOHD400 PTZ camera's through a Roland RCC4000 Video Switcher to a Toshiba DVD burner. We are wanting to take our video feed to a PC for a better picture quality then compress it and encode it to MPEG-2 so we can burn to a DVD with a better picture quality. We know there will be a quality loss but it shouldn't be as bad as the Toshiba DVD burner seeing as how PC's have better options. So my question is do you all have any suggestions on how we can go about this. Also the audio will be coming from a analog mixer board, so the audio will probably come in from a 3.5mm jack or RCA like we are doing now. We would also like to save the audio and video into two files so we can just make a CD without audio.
