Hi all, I've had a weird problem since I changed to this new motherboard: My USB 3.0 capture device (Avermedia Live Streamer CAP 4K) sometimes displays video at lower than 60 FPS, but what makes it weird is that this is only when viewing from the OBS window. If I recorded gameplay, it will run at the full 60 FPS.
My specs are:
Motherboard: B550M Steel Legend
RAM: 32GB
Video Card: GeForce GTX 1660
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G

I don't have a separate monitor to play my Switch games, so playing with sub-60 FPS from my PC is really weird. Any help is appreciated.
