Question / Help Capture Desktop with dedicated GPU on laptop

Hello, I have a MSI GE70 2PE Apache Pro Laptop and I want to capture all that appears in the screen. But if I want to capture in 60 fps it records too lagy because with default NVIDIA configuration, it uses the integrated GPU (Intel HD Graphics). Then I tryed to force run OBS with the dedicated GPU (NVIDIA GTX 860m), but i can't record my desktop, doesn't capture video, all is black. I can only record game or apps.

What can I do for record all that appears in my screen and using dedicated CPU for capture in 60 fps?

The settings required to get game capture working are mutually exclusive to getting display capture working and require OBS restarts to change.
