Question / Help Capture Card's Audio and Video become desynced

I have an AverMedia C027 PCIe HD Capture Card using driver version 1.54.64.82.
Running Windows 10, 64 bit.
Log can be found here: https://gist.github.com/9081d2a6d65f15729315

During the preview of my stream, the audio gradually becomes desynced from the rest of the stream (audio is delayed), including the video that's coming from the same capture card.

It persists through the following setting changes:

Buffering: Enable
Buffering: Auto-Detect

Output desktop audio (DirectSound)
Output desktop audio (WaveOut)

Use device timestamps (checked)
Use device timestamps (unchecked)

The problem does not appear to occur using "Capture audio only" when recording, I haven't been able to test streaming just yet. Has anyone else had similar problems, or have solutions?
I want to be able to play my game via OBS and still hear the audio. If it matters, the signal connected to the AverMedia is component converted to HDMI.

Found out that is only happens when it's set to Output desktop audio and that Capture audio only is perfectly fine.

Anyone have any solutions or ways to fix this? Any way to let me be able to hear the audio without it being delayed is an option, as well.

I was able to fix the audio desync problem by going into the "Configure Crossbar" settings and checking "Link Related Streams.

I still have a gradual delay on the capture card as a whole (after 50 minutes, there is 1+ second(s) of delay from input), but as long as I reset it occasionally everything works out fine. I don't suppose I'll find any help for that here, so I'll mess with settings until I figure it out on my own.
