Bug Report Capture card (Razer Ripsaw) loses audio EVERY time I stream!

The problem I am experiencing is that I have to remove and add the capture card back into sources EVERY time I stream. I can see audio going through the Razer Ripsaw via the mixer but when I load up on my Twitch dashboard on my laptop to check things, no game audio. I am using the 64-bit version of OBS Studio because I ran into capture card audio desync issues using the 32-bit version. I am also using OBS Studio Version 0.15.2.

I can post logs when I get home from work but wanted to see if anybody else was experiencing this issue. Thank you for your time and I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
