I allready searched the forum but im a little bit lost at the moment.

I want to live stream with obs, my Panasonic Gh3 and a Windows PC. I´m looking for a capture card wich is able to record in 1080p50/25p. The Elgatos only seem to support 30/60p.

The card can be intern (preffered) or extern (USB 3.0).

Can anybody recommend me a nice card. my budget is between 150 and 200 €.

Thanks in advance

Datapath and Magewell capture cards will let you pick whatever resolution and framerate you want, up to their data rate limitations.

This one ships worldwide: https://www.ebay.com/itm/112915478479 for a nice price. Downside is it only comes with a low profile bracket, you'll have to remove it, bend it, or replace it to fit a normal-sized chassis. I got one years ago and found a $5 card on ebay that looked like it had the port in the same place and hacked it together. Now-a-days I'd probably 3d print one. Also note that it uses a PCIe 4x slot (not 1x) and it doesn't do audio, you'll have to route the audio separately. Since you're using a nice camera as a webcam, you were probably going to do that anyways, though.

If you already have the Elgato, why not just shoot at 60FPS? That camera supports it.

Do you really need to livestream instead of record? That camera looks nice for recording video. For live video, would a webcam work better? Maybe you should explain what you want to do in more detail.

I have an AverMedia CV710 (USB3.0 capture box) and just get this list, seem it can do the work. They are shipping a latest product GC570 (PCI-E card), I do think it can do the work too.
