This is the video card I purchased, all the reviews and videos say it works. But I can't seem to get it to pop up in OBS :/

Can't say I've use ones the cheaper brands before, though in theory shouldn't be any issues, so I'll ask the obvious first.
Adding it as a Video Capture Device source ? (Will be listed as USB Video)
Connecting it to a USB 2.0 slot
Try a USB slot on a different USB Hub
(multiple input captures on the same hub can sometimes cause issues)

I think its the issue with the capture card rip... thanks for the help tho
