Capture Card Not Registering

I have done everything every YouTube video has said to do, I have gone into every setting and chanced all the "simple" changes and yet my screen is still black and asking my to connect my capture card to OBS even tho it says its connected through the OBS Link. I'm trying to capture my game from my ps5 to my twitch using ops from my Elgado HD60 S capture card
