Question / Help Capture Card Not Detected

I recently setup my SC-512N1-L internal capture card from Solaris Japan. I ran the included install disc, restarted my computer, and thought I'd try this thing out. I connected my WiiU HDMI cable to an HDMI splitter, which splits off into two cables: one to my TV and one to the capture card. Unfortunately, I don't see any option for this capture card in either OBS Studio or Amarec. What might be going on here?

The install disc installed some software called VideoKeeper2, but it's entirely in Japanese so I can't make heads or tails of anything.

Try getting the latest drivers from the website first. The capture card should show up in video capture devices, if it doesn't there might be some other issue. Check the device manager if it shows up at all.

I tried installing the drivers Sapiens linked, but the card is still not showing up.

The card doesn't seem to show up in the device manager. What section should it appear in? "Sound, video and game controllers"? I'm guessing I fucked up the installation somehow then, or I have to fiddle with the bios. What do you guys suggest?

I would reseat the capture card if it's internal. If it's external, pull it out and plug it in. watch device manager for changes.

I downloaded HWINFO to check out my pcie slots. I got a couple things that look like a capture card, but I'm not sure if these are just the drivers or the card itself.

I'll try opening up my case and reseating tomorrow.
