Capture card no audio

Hey everyone, hope you all doing fine.

Just bought a Zasluke Capture card and been having a huge issue, like, sound to be precise.
Only got so far 10 minutes and then pufff... no more...
I cant pass sound from my HDMI desktop to a laptop using the capture card.
Tried messing with options, configs, but im unable to find a solution.
Here´s my log:

1. deinstall the symantec shit the defender is good and did not use so many resources.

habe you other USB3 devices on the same USB3 HUB ?

Thanks for the reply.... As deinstall symantec, i cant do that cause its my work laptop lol. That is the only USB 3 device connected. Have a cooler on a different usb port and my mouse. No hub connected. Will also take a look at the link you posted.

when i see it right you want the Notebook as streaming PC and the Normal Desktop PC as source over the HDMI capture card ?why you didnt use NDI

And you didnt have admin rights ?

NDI lags a lot and would consume a lot of bandwith.. i tried it before.... thats why i got the capture card. And yes, desktop only for gaming, the laptop would be just for streaming.... i have admin rights over the pc, however, due to company policies, there are certain processes i cannot over-ride.
