Capture card issues

I got a cheap capture card yesterday and it was working just fine, but today I tried to use it and OBS wouldn't even let me record, saying the sound sample rate for one of my devices was off. I checked and "Digital audio interface" was the outlier with 96000 Hz. I tried to switch it to 48000 like everything else, but that wasn't an option. For context, the capture card needs an Audio input source to output audio, and when I added that yesterday everything worked perfectly. I really have no idea what's going on and would really like some help fixing this.
