I've been having issues with my OBS preview window stuttering while trying to record PC games. I made a post here and was unable to resolve it.
I then bought a capture card to record console gameplay. I didn't think this stutter issue would be present, since a capture card is a completely different method, however the stutter is still there! (without recording).
I thought the capture card might be faulty so I returned it (elgato HD60 X) for a new one (AVerMedia GC573). The stutter still exisits. I've uploaded an example video. The feed will appear smooth at first but after about 30 seconds, the FPS will drop in the preview. (It's definetly ONLY the capture card source that is stuttering.

Using game capture for PC games also has the same issue. Smooth at first, then after a while it starts stuttering. Feels like I've tried everything to resolve it.

i9-12900k
32gb ram
RTX 3080ti
