Capture card going black every 20 minutes or so

this has only been happening the past week or so, only when I stream
when I record only it might happen once or twice a week, but streaming if I last 20 minutes I'm lucky
disconnecting and reconnecting always fixes it for a while

things have gotten worse and it's happening more constently, hopefully there's someone who can help

In the log file there's no issue present, so I guess the problem is in the capture card or issues directly connected to the iGPU.
