Capture Card Game audio not playing on stream

So let's start with I'm running 2 PCs, each a Windows UI. I have the Razer Ripsaw Capture card connecting the two. I'm getting sound to the Capture card (I know because not only can I hear it on the headset that's plugged into it but the audio mixer on OBS Studios is picking it up as well, but the people in my chat are saying no game audio and I tested to see if they were trolling me by listening to my stream on my phone and they were right, I've tried several different things and none of them worked.

We have almost the same problem. My capture card device wont allow the in-game sounds particularly my voice only in game sounds
