Question / Help capture card freezes when changing settings. pls help me

hello. i'm monyz and i just got my self a capture card and obs. when i enter easycap on obs it looked like this.

ik easycap doesn't support 60hz but is there a setting to change that? ik there's settings to change that on other apps any time i try to change the settings the capture card just freezes

quick google made me believe it's a usb 2 device. You're out of luck.
