Question / Help Capture Card Delay Help

I'm running a Elgato capture card into my computer from Xbox one and I'm using OBS Studio.

Now there's a delay from what a say and see in the game. I know in the classic I could make adjustments that would fix this problem.

I'm having a hard time finding anywhere in the program where I can make those same adjustments.

I was wondering If anyone had a idea on how to fix this.

Thanks

Okay so just adjust the mic.

That's the problem Ill call out things and a sec later you'll see it on the recording or stream.

Well my mic and video are separate. So if I change one I have to change the other.

I'm trying to match my mic, video and capture card video.

Right now my mic and video of me are in sync.

The problem is the mic and video of me aren't in sync with the capture card video.

I fixed this problem on my OBS Classic.

Just need to learn how to fix it on Studio.

To be far though I just changed some numbers around until I got something to work on Classic.

This is all new to me. I'm trying to learn how to do all of this.

I had everything setup on Classic, but it kept crashing and acting up.

I think Studio is a better over all OBS, but just need to learn how to use it.

I already told you how to do it, you're just not doing it.

async delay filter in the video capture device for your camera
and mic offset in the mixer

Well thanks but no need for the attitude.

I did look into it last night and I see what you're saying and I'm going to take care of it.

Just because you said

Mixer settings for audio
Filters on the webcam.

Doesn't mean I get it a 100 percent. I understand it now, but it took me a few. I'm not computer savvy like some.
