Question / Help Capture Card broken?

Hey,

i have a problem and need your help. I bought Avermedia live gamer hd 2 at the beginning everything worked fine but since today it does not work anymore can someone tell me why? like this:

I changed the cables and put this to another PCI slot. still this..

But, if it happens to different capture programs, it looks like your graphics card might be faulty or failing.

Try it on a different desktop computer with PCI-E 2.0 speed. If capture problem still shows up, it might be a capture card problem, or incompatible resolution or refresh rates from source device.

Ideally, 2 computers should be used, one for gaming, the other for streaming.
