Capture Card Audio Recognition Problem

Hello, I'm an OBS Studio user.
There was a phenomenon in which OBS suddenly did not receive audio while fetching Magewell capture cards and sending them to RTMP.
Is this a matter of OBS?
Or is there another factor?

The OBS version was 30.1.2.
