Question / Help Capture broken up / not fullscreen

This is what I'm seeing when I try to record... Help? (This is a screen capture of the mp4 recording I just tried)

It's not clear what kind of issue you have. The word "This" is not enough as description.

I was having trouble with the capture being broken up/not being fullscreen, which I did put as the title of the thread. The screenshot also shows the capture not being fullscreen, but I fixed it on my own, so nevermind.
