Question / Help Capture audio only?

Can setup OBS to capture audio only? I'm going to be using it to capture an

OBS is designed to be a compositor, and therefore designed for audio+video. You're better off using something like Audacity. I do believe I've heard of some people use Custom FFmpeg output mode in OBS to get audio-only stuff working, but I personally haven't tested it.
