I'm new to this. I have a $10 RCA to USB capture card that I will return because it produces a horizontal line at the bottom of the video, otherwise it works fine.
My ancient 8mm has RCA output only. I've tried capturing by going from RCA cables to HDMI card, then the HDMI cable attaches to an HDMI to USB card and into my laptop. OBS does not seem to recognize the USB input but the video does appear in the Source properties.
Is it possible the above scenario could work or do I just need to find an RCA to USB card that works?
