Hello. I just got my new computer 2 days ago.
CPU; Ryzen 1600X
GPU: GTX 1070
MOBO: Asus Strix B350-F
RAM: 16gb
Everytime OBS is running (Just running, not recording or streaming) almost all of my games either has tearing or fps cap. For example CSGO caps at 60 (Iv'e tried disabling preview, and having it on my 120hz monitor and not my 2nd monitor), and Fortnite has screen tearing. These problems only occures when i have OBS running. Iv'e tried turning Game DVR off, iv'e tried turning on Vsync for the tearing with no success, iv'e checked all my drivers, all cpu and gpu temp's and load is fine. oh, and iv'e also tried having opencl=true under the 264 option.
TLDR; Having obs running, makes it feel like i have a 40hz monitor, and caps csgo to 60fps.
It just seems like whenever i open OBS it just limits my games, holding something back.
Thanks in advance.
