Bug Report Canvas size

Hi, I am trying to composite a video with a base image of 1080p as background with other embedded sources.

The base final output I want is 1080p (1920xd1080) from the Base Canvas Resution of 1366x768. But if the video resolution of the monitor of the computer is less than Full HD, the Output Video Size (Settings >> Video) cannot be set to Full HD rather than the the size of the monitor iin which OBS is running.

Any help how can one increase the Output (Scaled) Resolution irrespective of the screen OBS is running?

Seems bug to me!? If not, any workarounds?

Thanks!

Will typing-in in the desired Output Video Size (in my case 1920x1080) under Setting>>Video whatever you want rather than from the drop-down menu?

Just type in 1920x1080 into the Base resolution box and resize everything manually. OBS doesn't let you upscale from the base resolution because that is kind of pointless.
