Hi OBS Help.
I'm a newbie to OBS so just a basic question. I am trying to record part of a window from an iPhone being used as a security camera. I have figured out how to select the window and resize the area in OBS to match that of the image area in the window (not including the on-screen control areas of the iPhone image) but I have a problem. I cannot find how to resize the canvas to match the recording area, so I am left with a big black section on the right side which gets recorded along with the visible area. The aspect ratio of the canvas is different to that of the recording image. By comparison, if I record the screen image using Quick Time Player I can use the cursor to draw around the extent of the image I want recorded, but so far I have found no way of doing similarly in OBS. I prefer to use OBS in this instance because I can adjust the parameters to create smallest file sizes for the recordings (Quick Time generates massive files)
Help appreciated.
Thanks
