Question / Help Can't use multiple webcams

To put it simply anytime I try to use multiple webcam sources, no matter the camera, only the higher priority one appears. I've lowered the resolution on them drastically, I've used them on multiple different USB hubs and even bought a separate USB 3.0 hub entirely for just one of the cams, used MJPEG Video format, but absolutely nothing works.

I'm at a loss here, what is wrong exactly?
