Question / Help Can't use capture card

I recently got a cord for my EZCAP capture card and every time I try to connect it to obs studio as a video capture device. I don't get anything for a video capture device plz help my youtube channel depends on it.

Try setting the resolution/fps manually to something the capture card supports. Cheap capture cards like that generally have very poor drivers that don't properly report capabilities.

Do you have the software that came with the card to test and see if it works there?
