Question / Help Can't use AMD Encoder (AMF/VCE)

Hello. I can't use AMD hardware encoding (AMF/VCE). The log states AMF_ENCODER_NOT_PRESENT, even though I have a compatible AMD card (AMD Radeon 7970m).

I have set OBS to run in High Performance on AMD Catalyst, with no success. I have tried tweaking on some advanced encoder settings but there seems to be no difference.

Windows 10 Pro 64 bits
Intel i7-3720QM CPU @ 2.60 GHz
8GB RAM
AMD Radeon 7970m
Target resolution: 720p or 1080p
Radeon driver: 16.10.1 Crimson
