I am attempting to upgrade OBS to version 26. I uninstalled the previous version and did a clean install of version 26.0.2. As the new installation progresses, I get an error that says, "Error opening file for writing obs-streamelements.dII file.
I was able to find a resolution after about 3 hours of trying. I uninstalled OBS and completely removed all files from my pc that related to Streamelements. I restarted my PC and installed OBS v 26.0.2. After the installation completed, I re-installed the streamelements plugin and everything worked fine.
