Can't update to 27.2.4 from version 27.1.3, gives error "Couldn't update libGLESv2.dll"

Can't find the log file that has this specific error, since all the log files are for sessions with the application open, rather than for installation via the updater in-program. I'll upload the two latest logs anyway, but it won't help at all.
