Can't to choose H264/AVC Encoder

As I was using Windows 7, I could set the encoder as H264/AVC Encoder (AMD Advanced Media Framework). Recently I started using Windows 10 and when I decided to install OBS Studio and set it up properly, I couldn't select the graphics card encoder in the encoder settings. Unfortunately, my CPU is not that good (it's an Intel Core 2) so I'd rather record and stream with a graphics card (AMD Radeon R7 Series 200).

On Windows 7 when I could choose AMD Encoder, I had high resolution and 60 FPS. I know - my CPU is bad but I want to record and stream with GPU. I know it's possible but I didn't know how to do that. If on Windows 7 I could record my screen with AMD Encoder, I should do the same on Windows 10.

Are you sure I should choose driver for Radeon R7 250? Because I don't know what type of series 200 I have.

Driver for 250 series didn't work, but I installed auto-detect driver and now I see H264/AVC Encoder in OBS!!! Thank you very much :)
