Cant stretch my csgo i tried everything

I play csgo on 1024x768 and my desktop resolution is 1920x1080. I used to stream on the normal obs and it worked perfectly after adjusting the display settings to 'stretch to screen'. Now i transfered to streamlabs obs and it doesn't work anymore. Please help i tried everything but still no progress
