I'm trying to stream League of Legends on twitch but every time I've tried and watched it on my phone it is incredibly laggy. I lowered it from 2500 bitrate till I got to 775 and now its mostly smooth but still lags too much, is there anything I can do to make it work better? Here is the log https://hastebin.com/ovuxebapoc .
I'm not really good with computer specs but here's all stuff I think is probably relevant. I'm really hoping it's not just that my computer is too weak or something.
  • CPU: Intel Core i5-8250U
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 1040
  • Display: 15.6”, Full HD (1920 x 1080), IPS
  • Storage: 1000GB HDD
  • RAM: 8GB DDR4
If more information is needed ill include whatever.

Your encoder is overloaded, which means the CPU is too weak to encode the video in your requested size and fps.

By the way, the log shows no Nvidia 1040 present. It only shows the Intel iGPU that is onboard your CPU. In case you do actually have a 1040 built in, it's not activated and no driver installed.

I just used the specs I found for my computer on the internet, I didn't know its not right. So should I just reduce the size and fps and see if that works? What should I change it to?

You will probably find "Quicksync H.264" as encoder as alternative to x264. Try this, it uses almost no CPU.

So I’m pretty sure my computer can’t do quicksync, the option wasn’t there so I’ve gone into bios and looked for any setting that has to do with graphics and there just isn’t one, from my google searches that means I just can’t do it.
