Cant Stream through VLC path.

I streamed fine on the first attempt but after I close it out and tried to load it the next day all I keep seeing is this. I have no idea what is going on but I have uninstalled and reinstalled both OBS and VLC and nothing

Have you changed the Visibililty behavior to ALWAYS PLAY WHEN NO VISIBILE in properties
