Question / Help Can't Stream & Record without BAD Lag & High CPU

Hi all. I can't seem to stream on OBS Studio while recording and having very bad drop frames and high cpu usage. I have a strong PC and video card so I should be able to....

First of all, your GPU is overloaded. You'll have to free up GPU resources for OBS (reduce in-game settings, cap FPS, etc.). Also, you should probably be streaming at 30 FPS because 30 FPS will use a lot less resources and 60 FPS is really not beneficial for your viewers.
