Can't stream Borderless Fullscreen games (Black Screen)

I'm (kinda) starting to get into Streaming, but I have a problem. If I set my source as 'Game Capture', all I get is a Black Screen (with audio) on games I play using Borderless Fullscreen. If I do Exclusive Fullscreen, everything works right.

Is there a setting I need to do to enable Borderless Fullscreen, or do I just have to capture my entire desktop?
